Michael is proud to host our Free Clinic & Fun Day for the 13th consecutive year.  He was born and raised in central CT and was twice the #1 ranked junior in New England. Michael, the founder and director of the Michael Filipek Tennis Academy, is a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional and has 20 years of full time teaching experience. He is the Head Pro/Junior Development Director at the Sutton East, Yorkville and Vanderbilt Tennis Clubs NYC. His Junior Development Program is the largest in Manhattan. His enthusiastic, caring style inspires players of all ages and levels.
